Covering Letter on Company Letterhead with Company Stamp & travelling dates ( Attn. : To, Visa Officer, The Consulate General of France, Mumbai ).
Occupation Proof ( for e.g. Company Registration, Partnership Deed, Memorandum ) – Copy.
If Family visit: Invitation letter from inviter, Passport & permit copy and 1 utility bill of current address of inviter.
If Business Visit Invitation letter from France.
3 Months original updated Bank Statement with stamp and sign of bank on all page ( Personal + Company ) – minimum balance approx. RS 3,00,000/- & above.
2 Year ITR or Form 16 ( Personal + Company ) – Acknowledgement page only.
Air Ticket – Itinerary.
Hotel Confirmation.
Travel Insurance (Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro / 50,000 USD per person).
For Salaried person : (3 Months’ Salary Slips & Original Leave Sanctioned Letter with Company Stamp and signature of authorized person).
For Children ( Student ) : School / College ID copy.
Kindly note:
The visa service is only for the applicants who have been fully vaccinated with both the dozes. The vaccine should be recognized by CHE, EU and WHO (Require both vaccination certificate’s)
Working days will be counted once the application is submitted at the embassy.
Processing Time- 07 - 10 working days ( after submission at the embassy).
